Why we exhibit, sponsor and attend industry events

Throughout the year, members of the On-Site team can be found at a wide variety of apartment industry events. As we launch another round of upcoming shows, here's a short list of why we find our industry involvement so valuable...

  • Great ideas: No secret here... many of our products, features and reports are a result of a customer (or a prospect) who said "What I really need is..." We listened! (And we're still listening, so don’t be afraid to tell us what you really need.)
  • Industry support: We consciously invest in our own industry by supporting events that educate and connect members of the multifamily community.
  • Education: We learn, A LOT, from the speakers, trainers and leaders in this business and we come back and apply what we learn to make our products and our company better.
  • Business development: Surprise! Attending trade shows, conferences and golf tournaments helps us meet potential customers. We LOVE meeting people who aren’t familiar with On-Site because we have a GREAT story to tell!
  • FUN!: Face it, there are a lot of enthusiastic, engaging individuals involved in our industry.

Regardless of which On-Site associate you meet at an event across the country, we all have one trait in common: Every single one wants to help you be successful using our products and services.

Lone Star Expo kicks off

Houston, TX -- The TAA Education conference kicking off this morning looks to be a custom fit for attendees of all types. The next three days provide an opportunity to catch up on trends, connect with business associates and make new friends.
