Each screening report contains a score and recommendation to rent, based on a credit report summary, includes verification of the renter's identity, a nationwide check of eviction records and housing court filings plus a fraud search and terrorist check.
You also have the option to search criminal and sex offender records. We always include a receipt for the application fee and all the disclosures you are required to provide the applicant.
